Our Studio
Our Strenght

We are situated in the “dubbing mile,” where we combine the latest technology with functional and comfortable facilities. Our recording booths were custom built by iA2, following the standards of the industry and surpassing the quality of other similar facilities.

Recording Room #1

The first of the twin recording rooms. Inside it we get a very clean sound. It has an extremely low reverberation time (0.1 sec RT60). It feels spacious thanks to the illumination and the direct contact with the recording console area. This room has a computerized script system, as well as forced ventilation and UVC light to keep the different areas sanitized, especially given the current times.

Recording Room #2

The second of the twin recording rooms. It contains the same equipment, the same square meters of floorspace, and even the same wiring meters. Both rooms are exactly the same, but are mirror images of each other. They are very comfortable, although their best feature is, without a doubt, how good they sound.

Recording Room #3

We have to acknowledge that this room is the apple of our eye. Our third room has a computerized script system too, as well as a lighting control system programmed according to the screening, professional theater speakers, forced air renewal, a germicidal lamp, etc. It may not be the largest mixing and recording room in Madrid, but it is innovative and well balanced.

Process

At Perfect Sound we like to do things right, and we give our best to each project we get involved with so that everything we produce is done with care. Therefore, we have four clear phases that our projects must go through from the client’s initial request to when we deliver the final product.
01

Planning

In this phase, we have our first conversations with the client and our first interaction with the project’s materials. This is when the most fitting translating team, dubbing director, and cast are selected for each project, taking into account the material’s theme.

02

Recording

Let’s get things started! The second phase begins behind the doors of the recording rooms. Once the voice talent is in the booth, they first listen to the original audio so they can prepare their interpretation of the scene. They work quickly, but without rushing. Then we record each line with loving care.

03

Editing

The third phase is one of our favorites. We lovingly place each take until everything is right where it should be and the listener hears exactly what they ought to hear. It is, of course, a completely artistic process in which we craft the most optimal results possible.

04

Mixing

And last, but not least, the fourth phase is where our audio engineers do their magic. Based on each project’s requirements, we do the mixing and/or the mastering of the recordings to get the final result the client dreams of (or even better), always respecting the agreed-upon delivery deadlines. Then the project will emerge polished and ready to be released.
